Personal transformation, from lived experience — Bern, Switzerland

I'll guide you back to yourself.

For women who've functioned for everyone else for years — and now want to find out what their own life should look like.

From early on, we learn how we're supposed to be — at school, in our families, in society. We learn to function, to meet expectations, to adapt. Along the way, we sometimes lose touch with ourselves. I was on that path too. Through my training and my own experience, I learned to find my way back.

Because just as you learned to lose yourself, you can learn to find yourself again.

If you feel ready to come back to yourself: book your free introductory session. You're here. I'm here. Together, we walk the path.

Maybe you recognize yourself here.

  • From the outside, your life works. But something's missing on the inside.
  • You've had to be there for others for years, and you're not quite sure anymore what YOU actually want.
  • Your kids need you less — and suddenly you're asking yourself what comes next, for you.
  • Your job gives you security, but not the feeling of being in the right place anymore.
  • A relationship or a disappointment has changed your trust in yourself.
  • You feel it: I want to change something. I just don't quite know what yet.

If you recognize yourself in one of these sentences, you're probably not "lost." You've maybe just reached a point where the life you've been living doesn't fit you anymore.

You don't need more advice.

You've probably already read enough, heard enough, tried enough. What you're missing isn't the next method. It's clarity about what's actually right for YOU.

LifeArtist doesn't tell you how to live. We look together: Where do you stand? What do you want? What don't you want anymore? And what could your life look like if you started taking yourself seriously again?

What this is really about

You are the artist of your life.

It's a quiet tragedy: women give more than they get back. You're there for everyone — a partner, your kids, your family, your job — and you set your own dreams aside along the way. And the worst part: it looks normal. No one questions it.

You already know it: what you're missing isn't talent — it's the tools, or the belief that you're even still allowed to hold the brush. The job that convinces you it's the whole picture. The fear that there's never enough money to risk anything. And the years spent painting everyone else's life, until you wake up one day and can't find your own colors.

Self-actualization doesn't mean pulling away from the people who matter to you — whether that's a partner, your kids, or you raising them alone. You can become fully yourself again without losing the connection to your family.

How I work

Not from theory. From what I've lived myself.

Honesty over comfort

I won't hand you a comfortable half-truth. I'll help you see what you've been avoiding until now — clearly, without softening it.

This isn't something you think your way out of

Change doesn't happen through understanding alone. It's fear, old roles, and the story you tell yourself to stay where you are. I work with all of it.

No guidance without action

A good conversation that changes nothing is just a nice afternoon. Every session ends with something real to do.

My method

From self-knowledge to self-determination

You don't have to keep functioning, meeting expectations, or fitting into a role that no longer belongs to you. My method guides you step by step back to yourself — so you recognize what's truly yours, gain clarity about your own path, and walk it on your own terms.

01

Recognize

Where am I?

We pause and look honestly at what's there.

Where do you actually stand today? What shapes your life? What still works — and what doesn't anymore? Which roles, expectations, or decisions define you?

You recognize where you actually stand, and what's holding you back from moving forward.

02

Clarify

What do I want — and what don't I want?

Now it's about you.

What actually matters to you? What do you want in your life? What do you need? Which values, needs, and boundaries do you want to start taking seriously? And just as important: what don't you want anymore?

You start to tell the difference between what's actually yours — and what you've simply been taught to think was right.

03

Discover

What does my life look like when I'm truly myself?

We look beyond what seems possible today.

How would you live, work, and decide if you no longer had to answer to everyone else's expectations?

We build your own personal picture of a life that fits you — not a template.

04

Decide

How do I get there?

Clarity becomes direction.

We turn your picture into a concrete, realistic plan. What steps are actually necessary? What's allowed to change? What's still holding you back?

You decide what your next step is — and start taking responsibility for your own path.

05

Begin

You walk your path — I walk it with you.

Change doesn't happen through insight alone.

I stay with you on the path — supporting your decisions, questioning your doubts, giving you structure, and helping you stay with it.

Until you're no longer searching for a path that might fit you — you're simply walking your own.

Recognize. Clarify. Discover. Decide. Begin.

The path back to yourself. The path into your own self-determination.

Where my method comes from

Shaped by my own experience — supplemented by my training.

My method is shaped by my own experience — supplemented by my training in the method of Dr. Walter Stille. Dr. Walter Stille was a German psychologist and coach. Over 45 years ago, he developed a comprehensive program for personal development: the “Psychological Decision Theory.” Its goal: recognizing and changing unconscious patterns of thought and behavior.

The method works with the interplay between conscious and subconscious: it helps make automatic reactions visible, question them consciously, and consciously make new decisions — instead of acting out of old, often inherited patterns.

Where this comes from

I know what it feels like not to fit into your own life.

Julie

Even as a child, I asked a lot of questions. The answer I usually got was: "That's just how it is." But for me, that was never enough. Then came war, migration, university, career, family — and all the roles that life brings with it. I took on responsibility, functioned, held on, and kept trying to find my place.

Until at some point I understood: I don't have to fit the role better. I'm allowed to leave the role behind. Today I see my path with different eyes. The breaks, the changes, the difficult decisions weren't detours. They kept leading me back to one decisive question: who am I, really — and how do I want to live my life?

I learned that self-determination doesn't mean changing everything on the outside. It begins with recognizing yourself again, understanding your own fears, and finding the courage to act on what you find.

That's exactly what I guide people through today. Not as someone who tells you how to live. But as someone who has lived through how easily you can lose yourself in functioning — and how much changes once you start listening to yourself again.

Because your life doesn't have to fit into a role someone else defined. It has to fit you.
